ISSUES SURVEY

During our first class, in order to fully understand the collective and specific needs of the class, an anonymous survey was given about the many "issues" we face in our lives. If you have not, please complete this survey and turn it in to our leaders. The data will only been seen by the leaders and will be used to collect information about the entire group not specific individuals.
